Many thanks for your interest in our rental properties, please check you meet our tenant eligibility below for the property you are interested in.
Our tenant criteria is non-negotiable so please read through our criteria carefully.
If you are confident you meet our criteria you can use the form at the bottom of the page to request a viewing, alternatively you can call us on 0151-708-6544, Monday-Friday between 9:30am and 3:30pm, when calling ask to speak to our property manager Kieron.

For Houses and flats that state DSS is considered.

Applicants must be aged 25 years or over if employed full time, or 35 or over if claiming DSS.

A minimum of two references are required ,one of which must be from your current landlord, the 2nd is a character reference, this may be from a friend, but not a relative.

If you are unable to provide a current landlord reference we would need you to provide a Guarantor, this must be someone who is a homeowner.

A holding deposit of one weeks rent is taken whilst processing your references and application. This will be deducted from your first rent instalment if you are accepted as a tenant.

For Houses and flats that state you must be working full time.

Applicants must be aged 25 years or over and in full time employment.

A minimum of two references are required ,one of which must be from your current landlord, the 2nd is from your current employer.

If you are unable to provide a current landlord reference we would need you to provide a Guarantor, this must be someone who is a homeowner.

A holding deposit of one weeks rent is taken whilst processing your references and application. This will is returned to you in the form of a deduction from your first rent instalment which needs to be paid when you move in provided you are accepted as a tenant.
